Dan Jackson was born and raised in Owensboro, Kentucky. He graduated from Kentucky Wesleyan College in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He is a 1985 graduate of the University of Louisville School of Law and began practicing law immediately thereafter in Hartford, Kentucky.
Mr. Jackson began his career as an assistant Ohio County Attorney and an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Ohio, Hancock, Butler, and Edmonson Counties where he gained valuable trial practice and his hallmark wit. While, for the past twenty-five years he has been a sole practitioner in his principal office located in Hartford, Kentucky,
Mr. Jackson boasts both civil and criminal litigation throughout Western Kentucky, gaining acquittals in numerous, serious criminal cases up to and including murder allegations. He is admitted to practice in the Kentucky Bar as well as the Kentucky federal courts where he concentrates in criminal, automobile, products liability, and medical malpractice litigation.
